Bring your morning coffee or tea and join us at the Colorado Lagoon for engaging conversation, a scenic walk, and guided and silent meditation led by a guest Long Beach Meditation teacher. This is a wonderful chance to socialize, appreciate a neighborhood gem, and cultivate our meditation practice together as a community.
Teachers donate their time as a service to the community and as such are not compensated. At the event, if you would like to offer dana for the teacher, we will have a basket to do so.

Location: Let’s meet at the Colorado Lagoon Bridge along Appian Way near the Lifeguard Station (see two maps)
Parking: Parking is available in the lot along Appian Way or if full, in the nearby residential area.
What to Bring:
Wear comfortable shoes and clothes
Bring water if needed
Wear sunscreen and/or a hat
The ground may be damp, bring something to sit on
