Unplug + Reconnect: Taking Refuge in Community

Led by Susy Keely and Jampa Seas

Come join for a morning of silent practice together as a sangha (community of practitioners). We will support each other's deep intentions to slow down, unplug, and deepen our meditation practice. The relaxed schedule will move us through periods of sitting and walking meditation, allowing for us to enjoy a morning of mindful awareness.

This half-day retreat is suitable for meditators of all experience levels, guidance will be provided throughout the morning.

"Taking refuge in the sangha is a very important practice. Abandoned, alone, you get lost... That is why you come to a practice center, to take refuge in the sangha."

- Thich Nhat Hanh

Saturday, March 3, 2018, 9:00am - 12:00pm
