Mindfulness in Daily Life
Cultivating Qualities that Support Compassion, Wisdom and Joy (The Paramis)
For people who are wrestling with the issue of how to practice mindfulness in daily life, this class will provide a useful and practical framework for a wise and compassionate attitude toward daily activities so that any activity or relationship can be undertaken with more energy, confidence and mindfulness.
We will explore and practice qualities of character that, once developed, are dependable and lasting, carrying us over and beyond the ups and downs of daily living. We can live with more authenticity, joy, and freedom from remorse.
