The Noble Eightfold Path
With Khaydroup Zangmo and Franz Manfredi
"In the same way I saw an ancient path, an ancient road, traveled by the Awakened Ones of former times. And what is that ancient path? It is the Noble Eightfold Path: the ancient road leading to direct knowledge." - The Buddha
The Buddha’s teachings describe a practical and accessible path to freedom and happiness. The ancient Buddhist metaphor of a path draws on the idea of a clear and dependable path that allows one to move through an otherwise impassable forest.
In this six week course we will discuss the Noble Eightfold Path which is the complete encapsulation of the Buddha's teachings on leading a life in harmony with our highest values and most sincere aspirations- a life that perfectly supports a transformative meditation practice leading to greater freedom and happiness!
Caution: This course presents elements of Buddhism which may cause positive changes in your life!
