All-Day Meditation Retreat

Join Dr. Victor Byrd in a day of deeply restorative silent meditation before the busy holiday season is upon us.

We alternate sitting and walking meditation with mindful yoga/stretching and a stimulating Dharma talk from our teacher. We end with a metta chant, all in the container of Noble Silence. For those that wish to stay we will have an optional talking circle.

There will be ample instruction given so that we can accommodate both experienced meditators and beginners. Everyone is welcome!

Coffee and tea will be provided, please bring a lunch and optionally a snack or drink to share!

November 19, 2016, 9:00am - 5:00pm

If you wish to pay in-person please come to early the day of the retreat.
